Monday Nights - 7:15-9:15pm - Upstairs at West London TUC, Acton

After 18 (!!!) years teaching the West London Folk Band Workshop, Laurel has finally handed the reins to Deborah Chalmers, fantastic folk musician and teacher.  You can find more details about the ongoing class here:

As before, every week Deborah teaches a new tune, the group plays through previously learnt tunes, improves their musicianship, and generally enjoys playing music together.

The class is held Upstairs at the  The West London Trade Union Club, High Street, Acton, London, W3 6ND every Monday night term-time 7:15-9:15pm. All Welcome.

Meanwhile, you can visit the class's old site, built and mantained by Gill Adams, which is a fantastic resource of folk tune recordings and notation. https://ealingsessions.wordpress.com/

Laurel wrote this tune for the group to play at Ealing Country Dance club. The caller, Patricia, had a good dance but no tune to match it!
